“The modern and energy-efficient office building is designed to satisfy the requirements of foreign and local investors wishing to develop business in Plovdiv. The capacity of the office areas is for 800 employees. Each tenant comes with their own brand and interior design, which we perform.
The execution of the complex stone facade in combination with the glass facade required great attention and work. Due to this fact, and the fact that the building was rented almost instantly, the big challenge was meeting the deadlines and commitments to tenants. In this project, each office space is redesigned for each tenant according to his specific needs and standards, which requires additional time.”
