An interview with the manager of PM Project Management Ltd. eng.Tsvetoslav Pavlov about the challenges of Kamenitza Park project.

What is the model to select contractors and suppliers?
The selection of construction companies requires research, time and professional experience in the construction industry. The service includes development with the investor of criteria for selection a contractor, organizing a bidding process, analyzing the bids received and submitting a report with the needed information for negotiations, consultations and contract preparation. When selecting contractors and suppliers for Kamenitza Residence, the balance between maximum technical parameters and price is of the greatest importance. Solutions are sought in the premium segment and no compromises with quality for lower price are acceptable.
When will be given the real construction start of Kamenitza Residences?
The project Kamenitza Residence actually starts in May. The residential complex will be realized in two stages with a deadline for the end of 2020.
